Description
Oeuilly, La Valle de la Marne. From a single vineyard named ‘Les Sables’ in the village of Oueilly. 100% ungrafted Chardonnay vines, planted in 1962. 17 years’ ageing in bottle (sur lattes) before disgorgement has preserved the primary apple character of the fruit and chalky length of the wine with remarkable clarity. Disgorged June 2022, 0 g/l dosage. Just 1,300 bottles were produced.
