Description
Tequila Ocho Barrel Select is a collection of some of the most prized casks, largely composed of barrels formerly containing rum and Cognac from the acclaimed Maison Ferrand. This range is a collaboration between Maison Ferrand Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel and Tequila Ocho Master Distiller Carlos Camarena.
“Tropical” elicits images of the Caribbean and South Pacific, the sources of the barrels used for this bottling.
By choosing barrels that previously housed rum, these flavors compliment the tequila, thus marrying the spirit of Mexico with the spirits of other regions of the world.
