Description
The kosher offering from our estate is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc carefully selected, fermented, and aged in French oak barrels for 22 months. The resulting wine exhibits an extraordinarily rich, layered, black fruit profile, with forward notes of confiture, blueberry pie, vanilla bean and wood shavings.
The texture is broad, plush, and deep, with the ripe, forward fruit expanding across the palate. This wine is immensely pleasing and will certainly bring happiness over many years to come.
