Description
Deep red with Bordeaux hints. It reveals typical varietal fruit aromas such as raspberry, strawberry marmalade and cassis. Notes of black pepper, bitter chocolate and eucalyptus add complexity. Sweet on the start and wide and big in the mid-palate.
Ideal to pair with grilled red meats, sausages and blood pudding or cured ham and black olives.
