A 100% cabernet sauvignon from Spain’s Cariñena appellation, this wine matures for 12 months before release. Its aromas and flavours of dark fruit, blackcurrant preserve and baking spice lead to a cocoa-tinged finish.
With a velvety medium body, sip on its own or pair with roast lamb, glazed pork ribs or firm cheeses.
