The aromas greet you with notes of black cherry, pomegranate, fig, earl grey tea and flowering sage. The entry on the palate is smooth with nicely textured acid that keeps the wine fresh and enticing. Bing cherry, berry pie, and tamarind fruit flavors evolve into notes of plum sauce and Asian five spice as the wine glides through your palate. Graceful tannins finish the wine with delightful cherry tart and spice that linger. Enjoy through 2031.
