Description
The 2016 vintage of our Outer Coastal Plain Chambourcin was finished in American Oak for 12 months. It is best characterized as a medium-bodied Beaujolais style red with a slightly peppery finish.
Notes: Dark berries, light oak/wood, vanilla.
Suggested Pairings: Sharper cheeses, especially blue veined, duck or lamb dishes, Caesar salad and pastas with marinara sauce.
