Description
Dusty violet color. Earthy aromas and flavors of heirloom apples, autumn leaves, cherry preserves, peppermint, and duck rillettes with a satiny, crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and an even, interesting, buoyant finish. An earthy, Francophile red that’s an excellent charcuterie pairing.
Pair with Sharper cheeses, especially blue veined, duck or lamb dishes, Caesar salad and pastas with marinara sauce.
