Description
Gran Viña Sol is a creamy, deep and profiled wine. On the nose, the aromas of ripe white fruit stand out, with tropical notes and the toasted touch of the barrel. In the mouth, it has a broad entry, with an intense mid-palate and a long finish.
Thanks to the presence of the Chardonnay, the wine is intensely aromatic and full-bodied, with a profusion of flowery notes over a fruity background (very ripe peaches) and a hint of fennel. On the palate the wine has a long aftertaste and is silky with an elegant fullness. A touch of vanilla in the finish is indicative of the wine’s short ageing in French oak.
