Description
This wine is ruby red in colour, with a complex and intense nose of red cherries, raspberries and cranberries, which continue through onto the palate.
The wine has firm yet smooth tannins with a lingering spicy finish and hints of vanilla.
The Aglianico Beneventano from Vesevo comes into the glass with a bright purple red and an almost opaque core. The nose reveals intense aromas of red fruits, with ripe blackberries and mulberries, accompanied by blueberries. A discreet oak spice and a hint of vanilla round off the bouquet of Vesevo Aglianico Beneventano.
On the palate the basic Aglianico of Vesevo starts with soft tannins, a lot of fruity freshness and a pleasantly dry mouthfeel. This red wine from the southern Italian region of Campania glides wonderfully harmoniously into a particularly long finish.
