Description
This wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc Clone 01 on 101-14 rootstock. The ancient volcanic soil of the Red Hills appellation bring out the lush flavors of this lively wine.
The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 55°F (13°C), long and slow, resulting in a flood of crisp pear and granny smith apple aromas filling the glass, perfectly balancing the notes of citrus and guava on the palate.
