Description
The Pigato vines at Punta Crenaandnbsp;were planted in the early 1970 on rocky, red clay not too far from the Ligurian Sea. andnbsp;It has an appealing honeyed, waxy texture- which is partly dueandnbsp;to its 4 months contact withandnbsp;the lees. It also has more acid and spice than other Pigatos .
Nose has fresh papaya, freshly washed lemon, under-ripe white peach and cold butter. Palate has yellow apple, coconut, button mushroom, fresh sage and light green herbal notes, faint peppery finish.
