Coming from 60-year-old vines and brought up in 15% new oak, the 2017 Meursault Les Vieilles Vignes offers a solid bouquet of stone fruits and buttered citrus as well as green almonds and white flowers. Nicely textured, medium-bodied, and elegant on the palate, with a subtle sense of minerality on the finish, it’s an outstanding.
Ageing on fines lies and Aged in oaks. This wine is full-bodied, powerful and rich with aromas of toasted almonds, ripe apples, white flowers and honey.
