Description
An elegant wine with notes of tart red berries. The mouth is opulent and complex.
After a light racking, the wine is put in French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation can then start with bacteria naturally present in the juice. Aging lasts 14 months on fine lees. We follow the lunar calendar for bottling without fining and without filtration: when the moon is descending and when it is a “fruit” day.
