Description
Wine with great finesse and liveliness. It lasts for 14 months. One month before bottling, the wine from the different barrels is placed in a stainless steel tank for blending. The wine is finally fined and lightly filtered before bottling according to the lunar calendar.
It can be paired with crustaceans, fishes and raw vegetables.
