Description
This wine is dry and full-bodied. A fleshy wine with notes of dried and preserved fruits and honey combined with a nice acidity level which brings a nice balance and a good mineral length. Serve with fish, shellfish, or creamy white meat, or enjoy as an aperitif.
Smoke and toasty oak dominate the nose on this wine with rounded resonance. The palate has their fragrant glossiness, pitched against a core of ripe, concentrated red-cherry fruit. Tannins brush slightly and this wine strikes a resonant, muscular balance, with a smoky aftertaste.
