Description
100% Sauvignon from a west-facing hill in the lower Isarco Valley at 450 meters above sea level. After a soft pressing and short maceration, the wine is fermented in 80% stainless steel and 20% tonneaux. It remains on the lees for a short time before bottling. 9,000 bottles produced.
