It displays wonderful black cherry, blackberry and tobacco aromas which is perfectly aligned with a balanced oak bouquet and flavor. This wine was aged in both new and one-year-old American and French barrels for nearly 18 months. Weinstock Cellar Select is the perfect food wine with its soft mouthfeel and nice, rich, soft tannin.
