Description
Wild Common Añejo is a bold, small-batch tequila crafted at the revered Tequila Cascahuín distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco. Master Distiller Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo oversees its traditional production, which includes 72-hour roasting in brick ovens, extraction using both tahona and roller mill, natural fermentation with agave fibers, and double distillation in stainless and copper pot stills. Aged for 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels, this 94-proof expression showcases a luminous straw color with thick, viscous legs, promising an exceptional sipping experience.
