It’s a nod to frontier ingenuity: using what we’ve got, wasting nothing, and celebrating Montana’s agricultural heritage with every sip.
Named for one of Butte’s earliest copper mines and the copper “parrot” tool distillers use to measure proof off the still, this rum blends history, flavor, and a touch of irreverent adventure. Smooth, dark, and ready for wherever the trail leads.
