Yarden Rose is made from 71% Chardonnay and 29% Pinot Noir Grown entirely in the cool northern Golan Heights, using only traditional methods such as hand-harvesting whole cluster pressing and secondary fermentation in this bottle. Aged minimum of 5 years in this bottle on the tirage yeast.
It is a refreshing wine marked by delicate floral aromas and striking flavor. This delectable Rose carries a subtle fusion of bright strawberry, citrus and pear fruit notes, balanced with characters of apple pie spice and roasted nuts.
