Youkon Jack Rye Whiskey is a straight rye whiskey produced by Jack Daniel’s. It is made with 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley. The whiskey is charcoal mellowed and then aged for at least four years in new, charred oak barrels.Youkon Jack Rye Whiskey is bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV). It has a deep amber color and a complex aroma with notes of spice, fruit, and wood. The flavor is bold and spicy, with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. The whiskey has a long, lingering finish.
