Description: Bittercube Bitters are a small batch, handmade product developed in Milwaukee and produced in Madison, Wisconsin using spirits from Yahara Bay Distillers. The production process is completed by hand, including peeling hundreds of pounds of citrus, weighing dozens of spices, and decorticating vanilla beans. Bittercube Bitters are made exclusively with “raw” ingredients and do not contain any extracts or oils. Bittercube Trinity Bitters is a proprietary blend of Cherry Bark Vanilla, Orange, and Bolivar Bitters that has been rested for over a month to allow the flavors to amalgamate and produce a unique and aromatic bitter. This blend can be used to enhance the flavors of old fashioneds, manhattans, and other spirited cocktails.
