Description

Pebble Lane is created using the best grapes from various vineyard sites around New Zealand, contracting some of the industryâ ™s best winemakers to fit a flavour profile that appeals to the consumer.New Zealandâ ™s alluvial plains, dry river beds and cool maritime climate have produced wines of character. Pebbles and stones have been transported from the mountains to the valley floors over the millennia, capturing the warm sun during the day and radiating heat at night to ripen the grapes producing perfectly balanced wines.

Tasting Notes

Our Chardonnay exhibits bright aromas of citrus and red apple with delicious vanilla and butterscotch highlights. Flavors mirror the aromas and add elements of creamy pear and lively tropical fruit. This soft, medium bodied wine is perfectly balanced with crisp acidity, bright fruit and subtle oak; itâ ™s the perfect partner to the succulent buttery flavors of lobster or shrimp scampi.
