This new world, oak mellowed Chardonnay is light & bright yet smooth & buttery and it exudes a creamy texture with flavors of vanilla, baking spices and stone fruit.
Color : Translucent Golden Yellow/Amber Hues.Nose : Vanilla, pineapple, peach, apricot, with some added depth from the wood. The nose is creamy, buttery, and rich.Palate : Creamy, buttery texture with notes of vanilla, butter, baking spices and tropical stone fruits. On the front of the palate you get vanilla and stone fruit eventually giving way to a toasted crème brulee mid-palate and the sip finishes with slightly sweet undertones and low acid smoothness.Finish : Flavors of vanilla and crème brulee yet light and refreshing with a hint of green apple that makes you want more.
