The Estate Pinot Noir is a carefully crafted blend of wines from 20 distinct blocks in our Carneros estate vineyard. Each block is vinified separately, using gentle winemaking techniques such as open top fermentation, gentle punch-downs, basket pressing and French oak aging designed to preserve the wineâ ™s delicacy and freshness. As a blend, the Estate Pinot Noir eloquently expresses the terroir to be found across our Carneros estate.
