Selected from three or four different parcels of vines over 50 years old. Located on the southerly-facing slopes of Ambonnay where the sunshine and warmth are unusually concentrated. This wine was vinified completely in barrique.
Assertive, like a big Burgundy, this treasure is a bold offering for a still, red Champagne.
