Description
Dark ruby red. Spices, red berries and delicate oak aromas. Round soft tannins. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry and vanilla. Balance between scarcely perceptible acidity and tannins which add ageing potential and softened by long ageing in oak.
Dark and winey, this is youthfully tight, with a core of intense black cherry and black currant preserve flavors, encased within layers of olive, singed alder, juniper and iron. Very focused and driven through the finish. Cellar for maximum effect.
