Description
We allow the grapes to hang on the vine to reach full flavor potential. Then we harvest, crush and ferment until dry. Using our proprietary, state-of-the-art technology, we gently pull the alcohol from a portion of the wine, leaving behind an alcohol-free product. We then blend the alcohol-free wine with the finished wine to find a low alcohol product that hits the sweet spot of flavor, mouthfeel and body.
Tasting Notes
Lightly Sauvignon Blanc has all the flavor you would expect from a premium Monterey wine – citrus, melon, guava and bright acidity. What it doesn’t have is a lot of calories or residual sugar.
