Description
Pale salmon in color, this sparkling rosé is an even split of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Aromas of raspberry coulis and white cherry are brightened by an accent of limestone on the nose.
The palate is tangy and saline-driven at first, with tart red berries and a gentle foam broadening out the midpalate, leading to a lingering blanched almond note on the finish.
